SHIPPING

A shipping notification will be emailed to you once your order is being processed and another notification when your order has been shipped please give us a few days to send you the tracking number.

 

Please note that Marie Antonette is not responsible for any customs duty incurred at foreign customs.

How much does shipping cost?

We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on orders over $100, within the US! For orders under $100, we offer standard shipping for $9 within the US. Shipping costs outside the US are calculated at check out.

Marie Antonette currently ships all products in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia.

How long will it take to receive my order?

PRINTED ART

Orders begin the process within 24 hours of being placed online. Each piece is custom order your specifications and the processing and shipping time varies depending on the piece. Orders placed after 2 PM Pacific will begin processing on the following business day.

 

CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your custom products.

FABRIC BY THE YARD

For orders over 5 yards, your fabric yardage will be custom printed to order. Lead times vary, depending on the pattern. Please check the information for your particular pattern for more specific timelines.

WALLPAPER

All wallpaper orders will be custom printed to order. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

ALL OTHER PRODUCTS

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of being placed online.

Turnaround time varies by pattern. Please refer to the product page for your fabric for a more specific time window.

Can I expedite my order?

Our Manufacturers are located in Asia, Brazil, Spain and India shipping time may vary depending on your location. BUT, YES!
You can choose the expedited shipping option you desire at checkout with the exception of sublime art, surfboards, fabric by the yard, and wallpaper. Please note: all orders placed during the weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day, so keep this in mind as you factor in delivery timing. Orders placed after 1 PM ET on business days will begin processing on the following business day. Please contact us if you have any questions or if you are interested in expediting an art or a lighting product.

Can I check the status of my order online?

Upon purchase, you will receive an email from Marie Antonette confirming that your order has been placed. You will receive another e-mail notification with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

How will my order be received?

Standard Delivery for Accent and Mini pieces

Each Marie Antonette piece is carefully packaged to ensure that it arrives in pristine condition. If you place an order for multiple pieces, they will each arrive in their own box. Standard delivery orders will be shipped delivered right to your front door. FedEx delivers Tuesday through Saturday and does not schedule appointments.

ORDERS & RETURNS

The piece I want is sold out. When will it be available?

Please use the form provided on the specific product page to submit your email address for notification when the piece becomes available. The availability of each piece varies as all are made by different artisans across the world.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Marie Antonette stands 100% behind our products. Each piece is carefully finished and packed to ensure safe transport. We have selected our shipping vendors for their quality of service and care of the product. We encourage you to inspect your items on receipt of your purchase. In the event that damage occurs in transit or you discover any manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately at support@marieantonette.shop

CARE & CLEANING

How do I take care of and clean my Marie Antonette piece?

WALL DECOR / HOME ACCESSORIES / LIGHTING

Note: Do not use window cleaning sprays or products containing ammonia, alcohol, or acetone on these items

Polishing

Surface gloss can be maintained by using a soft cloth and specialty plastic cleaner or polish, following cleaning fluid container instructions.

Cleaning

Begin by gently blowing away any loose dust or dirt from the lucite surface. Using a mild soap solution or a plastic cleaner and a non-abrasive lint-free cloth, wipe the surface using light pressure. To remove grease, oil, or tar deposits use hexane or kerosene followed by a soap solution.

Removing Scratches

Fine scratches may be removed by hand polishing with a plastic polish scratch remover. Remove all residue and polish with a soft cloth.

 

TABLEWARE

Please clean with water and soap. Do not clean in dishwasher.

 

WALLPAPER

Our wallpapers can be wiped clean with mild soap and water using a soft cloth or sponge. We suggest that you test any cleaning method in a discrete area first.
